Behind every heater,

Since 2017, Shenzhen LC Electronics has focused on PTC heating components and the practical questions that turn a component into part of a working appliance.
A small component. A very specific job.
A hair straightener needs heat in a narrow plate. A wax warmer transfers it through a vessel. A dryer has to move it through air. The component may be small, but the work it has to do is different every time.
That is the perspective behind LC Electronics. Established in Shenzhen in 2017, our business has developed around positive temperature coefficient heating components and custom heating requirements. Our original range spans contact-heating elements, air-heater assemblies and liquid-heating designs. Today, Beauty Care and Pet Care give that range a clear application focus, alongside selected small-appliance, water and air-heating projects.
For a buyer, the starting point is often a simple question: “Can this heater fit our product?” Answering it means looking beyond a catalog wattage. It means understanding the space available, the supply voltage, how heat leaves the component and what the finished appliance needs to achieve.

Bring voltage, dimensions, leads, mounting and thermal conditions into one brief. A clear specification gives both sides a better basis for discussing samples and quotation.

PTC power depends on how heat is dissipated. Sample evaluation in the intended appliance helps turn an initial family choice into a specification that can be reviewed for production.

Our original company profile records exports to the United States, Japan, Germany, South Korea and Italy. Working across markets makes clear communication part of the product itself: the same drawing, the same electrical requirements and the same understanding of how a sample will be tested.
We want our website to make that first conversation easier. You can explore the heater constructions, compare published catalog sizes and bring the parameters you already know. If a requirement is still undecided, say so. A useful inquiry can begin with a question; it does not need to arrive as a finished engineering specification.
Our approach is to make the important details visible. Published model references are distinguished from preliminary recommendations. A heater surface temperature is distinguished from an appliance temperature. Documentation is checked against the selected model rather than treated as a blanket statement about every possible configuration.
Documentation, with a defined scope
The supplied Low Voltage Directive attestation lists PB, KT, FMJ, GYJ, YB, ZY and ZYS model families. Its applicability should be reviewed against the exact product and electrical construction. Final-appliance requirements remain part of the customer’s design and conformity process.
