Use and characteristics

PTC thermostatic heating element has the excellent performance of fast heating and automatic temperature control; safe use; no combustion; no redness when heating; no open flame, compact structure; safe and convenient. Voltage range can be designed according to the need between 12V-220V, mainly used in perm clip, curling iron, electric splint, ionic perm, ceramic perm, facial steamer, skin wax therapy instrument, massager and a series of beauty salon equipment series. In addition, it can also be used in some small home appliances and electronic equipment that need heating and heat preservation according to the actual needs of customers.

Notes

1. The heating power goes from big to small after being energized and finally stabilizes. Stabilized power is related to the use of conditions, the same PTC heater, the use of different conditions, the power may be several times the difference. The faster the heat dissipation, the greater the stabilized power; the higher the surface temperature of the PTC, the higher the power.
2. The surface temperature of PTC thermostatic heating core is controlled by PTC itself, or can be controlled by disconnecting the circuit, but not by adjusting the voltage to control the surface temperature.
3. The PTC itself is very reliable and has a long life, but if it is not assembled properly, the product will have unstable power and temperature.
4. When multiple PTCs are used together, they should be connected in parallel, not in series.
