A focused set of compact appliance applications that use PTC for self-regulating heat.
We start with the appliance requirement, then select a heater family and confirm dimensions, voltage, temperature and stabilized power.
Compact contact heating
Compact surface or vessel heating
Common options include 12/24V DC and 110–240V AC depending on heater family and application.
PTC surface temperature can be selected to match the application. Final appliance temperature depends on heat transfer and control design.
Stabilized power depends on heat transfer, mounting and operating conditions. Share the appliance type, supply voltage, target temperature, heat-up time, available heater dimensions and required heating output.
For glue guns, include the heated chamber geometry, adhesive operating temperature and required melt delivery rate. For shoe or clothes dryers, include airflow, inlet temperature, target outlet temperature and duct dimensions. For milk or beverage warmers, describe the vessel, liquid volume, starting temperature and heating method.
Include temperature sensing and control, insulation, independent protection, sample quantity, expected production demand and destination market. Confirm performance in the finished appliance.
